I have over 17 years of research experience in academia. After an initial setback with a law firm regarding my green card application, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I thoroughly studied the official guidelines and successfully filed my I-140 petitions independently, securing approval in both the NIW (National Interest Waiver) and EB1A (Extraordinary Ability) categories. This personal experience gave me a deep understanding of what applicants need and want to know during the application. With this insight, I co-founded an immigration consulting studio with a former colleague from the law firm. Together, we have successfully guided numerous clients from both academia and industry, specializing in helping those with "weak background" by identifying their contributions and showcasing their unique strengths.
